Join Strive Soccer Academy
Player-first development for U6–U18. Mastery • Intensity • Game Sense.
At Strive, we’re building more than teams—we’re building a culture. Our coaches model the Strive Standard across the Four Pillars (Technical, Tactical, Physical, Psychological) and use StriveIQ to measure progress and drive individual development inside high-tempo, small-group sessions.
StriveDNA
StriveDNA is our culture and coaching standard—where Mastery, Intensity, and Game Sense meet the Four Pillars. We believe in process over shortcuts, standards over hype, and developing athletes as players and people.
What StriveDNA means for coaches
- Model the standard: professionalism, humility, accountability.
- Train with intention: clear objectives, purposeful reps, quality under pressure.
- Coach the Four Pillars: technique, decision-making, athleticism, mindset—every session.
- Make data useful: run assessments in StriveIQ and translate results into IDPs.
- Raise the bar: direct, constructive feedback; celebrate effort and progress.
- Protect the culture: respect the game, officials, opponents, and each other.
